1 vote point
Plus a thank-you in chat, so you know it landed.
Server lists rank on recent votes, so a steady trickle beats a spike. Seven lists, once every 24 hours each — that is seven points a day for about a minute of clicking.
Vote under the name you actually play on. The reward is delivered to the username the site sends us, so a typo pays someone else — or nobody.
Every vote pays one vote point. Points are spent in

on plushies and cosmetics, and on nothing else.
That is a deliberate limit rather than stinginess. Seven sites a day across every player adds up to a lot of something, and if that something were coins it would be money printed on a timer with nothing produced behind it — which is how a server economy dies. Points buy things that cost the economy nothing, so voting can pay well and keep paying.

Once per day. Voting everywhere is what actually moves the server up the lists, because each list only counts its own.
One vote a day keeps it alive, and a missed day or two is forgiven.
Everyone who voted gets points when the counter fills. Chat warns you when it is close.
And a Dragon Plushie. Second and third place take 60 and 30.
Vote from a phone at work. The reward is held and handed over the next time you log in.
